The Auto Start Retrofit Kit for Icepack enhances your sleeper cab air conditioning system by adding an automatic battery management feature. This kit includes the Auto Start module, a new control panel with Manual/Auto mode selection, and a badge, providing a seamless upgrade that ensures your truck’s batteries remain charged without manual intervention.

Key Features:

Manual/Auto Mode on Control Panel: Easily switch between Manual mode for regular Icepack operation and Auto mode to engage the automatic start feature. In Auto mode, the system monitors battery voltage and starts the Icepack to recharge when necessary, conserving energy and extending battery life.

Automatic Battery Charging: Ideal for trucks with high idle battery draw, such as those with fridges, TVs, or other electronics. The Auto Start module activates the Icepack to recharge batteries when voltage drops below specified levels, tailored for both 12V and 24V systems, ensuring your equipment remains powered during extended parking periods.

Daytime and Curfew Modes: 

The system operates with distinct settings:

Daytime Mode: For 12V systems, engages at 12.0V; for 24V systems, at 24.0V.

Curfew Mode: Starts at 11.5V for 12V systems and 23.0V for 24V systems, running for up to 1 hour, limiting disturbances during rest times.
